"Gail's rare skills are in understanding what she sees and hears and effortlessly identifying opportunities and solutions. But Gail's genius, her art, is in helping others understand what they see and hear in themselves. It is way beyond active listening; she's not just giving you her singular and thoughtful attention without judging and without formulating response - but Gail's way of listening is like a very clean mirror; and you trust intuitively that she's holding it for you patiently and skillfully."

Or don't... and miss out on a wonderful opportunity to share her warmth and wisdom. Your choice. I'll always be glad that I chose to ask for Gail's help."
